Client
1 - Any reference for your character is valid and appreciated, be it a collage of inspirations or a stick drawing for posing. Please don't use AI images for these references
2 - Feel free to print for personal use (i.e. A poster, or a portrait)
3 - If you post it online I kindly ask you to credit me.Artist
1 - As the artist I reserve the right to add these commissions to my portfolio
2 - I reserve the right to refuse any commission or project for any reason
3 - I reserve the right to refund you in the full amount paid if I no longer feel comfortable with the work or if I feel like I can’t execute it in a quality level my clients deserveThe Workpiece
1 - These commissions are supposed to be for personal use only, in order to be used as a commercial piece an additional fee will be charged based on their use
2 - My signature and/or watermark cannot be removed from the workpiece
3- Throught the process I'll send progress picutres and wait for confirmation to proceed from sketch to clean, clean to lineart and so on. Small revisions can be done in these steps at no additional cost.
4 - Additional characters come for the price of 80% of a character on that same pricing tier.
5 -If there’s a need to keep the commission a secret please feel free to talk to me about it
6 - In no situation the work can be used for NFT/AI purposes.Payment
1 - The payment is done via Paypal. 50% to start the work and 50% before delivering the final product.
2 - You can ask for a refund of the initial 50% while it's still on the sketch phase and I'll refund you in full, however, once it's been confirmed and progressed beyond the sketch phase it becomes non-refundable.
3 - In the case of a refund, please don't contest the sale on Paypal. I'll send back an invoice with the same value you paid.Turnaround
1 - Varying with complexity the works can take around 2 weeks to 1 month for me to finish.
